Aero Events Performance Information

Our concept includes our website, all pre event media promotion, and an impressive display section that is located in the public exhibition area at the events, our aerial demonstrations and event wide public address announcements

We open our thrill packed show with the glider being towed aloft by an ultralight aircraft. The glider and the ultralight take off together connected by a towline. Their climb to altitude is an impressive display in itself and can be done in an area that is adjacent to the assembled spectators. The gliders and the ultralights will carry our sponsors name, logo or message.

Once they have reached the correct altitude, the announcer cues the spectators to locate the approaching aircraft in the sky, and then he describes our sponsors name, logo or message. One or both aircraft will be trailing a stunning tail of colorful smoke to accent their path through the air. At the predetermined place and time, the glider releases the towline and begins his amazing aerobatic routine. This is the portion of the show that will bring the crowd to its feet! The glider dives and then climbs, performing spins, fantastic barrel rolls and flies upside down through complete loops! This part of the performance is absolutely breathtaking and is focus everyone’s attention.

The gliders can land back at their take off location or at a different location that has been cleared of spectators. A precision landing demonstration can be included with the pilots attempting to land in the middle of a "bulls eye" target area that is emblazoned with carry our sponsors name, logo or message. One glider can perform alone or several can appear together. It all makes for a tremendous performance that both inspires and captures the attention of audiences everywhere!

Because the show is in the air, everyone gets a perfect view. You can entertain 100,000 people at once. All Aero Event performances are accompanied by music and our announcer’s expert commentary that includes our sponsors name, logo or message.

Our presence at the events is not limited to just our aerial performances. Throughout the entire run of the event, our team is available at our exhibition space so that we can interact with the crowd. We answer questions and represent our sponsors in a professional manner. Our entire exhibition space is bedecked with banners and signage that carry our sponsors name, logo or message. Our “Flight Simulator” let’s any spectator that wishes to climb aboard a real hang glider that is suspended just above the ground. By using a video camera, a computer and some graphics software, we can superimpose the image of the person in the hang glider onto a selection of pictures of high altitude locations like alpine mountains or a tropical coast line.

Then we’ll print the resulting composite image complete with our sponsors name, logo or message and present it to the event attendee as an impressive memento of the experience.

Our team has an untiring interest in working with the local press and the event sponsors. We can supply a complete media promotion package including press releases, photos, and promotional video recordings for television media sound bites. Whatever we can do to help make your show a success is our goal!

Aero Events is a diverse group of talented individuals including Freestyle hang glider pilots, ultralight pilots and support staff. We perform at big established events held at any large outdoor venues such as beaches, lakes, fairs or anywhere else that meets the open space requirements.
